At just Lovely Kurties , cancellations and refunds are not applicable for any orders.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange a product only if you have received a defective item. To process the exchange, you must share images along with an uncut unboxing video of the product via email at mklunia2970@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product, and only once.

Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot promise that the product you need will be in stock. If the required product is not available, we will issue a store credit.

The store credit will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
